Empowering Women in Tech Across Moldova and Beyond
Created in 2018, Tech Women Moldova (TWM) is an initiative dedicated to attracting, supporting, and promoting women in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. We help to create the conditions for their full participation in the most dynamic and profitable industry of the present and the future.
Our community brings together a multitude of experiences, exchange events, knowledge transfer, mentoring programs, and motivational conferences. Educational initiatives and facilitating access to career opportunities, growth, and professional advancement in the field of technology are also integral to our mission. TWM aims to provide women with a variety of resources and tools to complete and develop their professional skills and aspirations in the IT industry.
