The Tech Women Mentoring Program has been running for 5 years as both an inspiration and a source of encouragement for aspiring women who want to start a new journey or grow in the IT field.
Each year, during the 3 months, we welcome new mentors and mentees on a journey of sharing knowledge and experience. The Tech Women community strongly believes in supporting women and creating new opportunities whenever possible.
Together, we aim to build a stronger, more inclusive tech ecosystem.
What a Mentor Does and How to Become One
A mentoring program is not a course. A mentor offers guidance and answers questions during the 3-month program. The main goal is to help mentees achieve the career results you establish together.
How to apply:
Every March, the open call for potential mentors is announced on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
To become a mentor, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in an IT role and the availability to dedicate 2–3 hours per week to guiding mentees in achieving their professional goals.
The selection of mentors is carried out personally by the Tech Women team.

What a Mentee Does and How to Become One
Anyone can become a mentee, regardless of technical background. What matters most is the determination to learn, grow, and become the best version of yourself.
How to apply:
Every spring, after the mentors are selected, we announce the Pairing Event. This event gives potential mentees the opportunity to meet the mentors before applying to the mentorship program.
After the event, the call for mentees is opened. It is important to know that each mentor selects their own mentee(s), based on their availability, how they can best help, and the level of seniority required.
