An informal, in-person event, the Unconference brings together tech professionals to explore personal skills and industry challenges like burnout, impostor syndrome, layoffs, loneliness, and other struggles. Community-driven offline events where up to 50 attendees discuss tech topics with 1-3 expert speakers and interactive activities. These 2-hour sessions provide a safe, inclusive space for networking, learning, inspiration, and getting answers to questions related to selected topics.

Workshops
Dynamic 2–3 hour events designed for up to 30 participants. Each workshop combines practice-oriented learning with gamification, simulations of IT processes, and hands-on activities. The format encourages active engagement, teamwork, and practical skill-building, creating a space where participants not only gain knowledge but also experience real scenarios from the tech world in an interactive and inspiring way.
