Tech Women Ambassadors
The Tech Women Ambassadors Program was launched in 2020 to empower women in tech to become active voices of our community. Each year, we welcome 10 Ambassadors - professionals with at least three years of experience in the IT field, who commit to a one-year journey, from January to December, to grow, connect, and inspire together.
Along the way, they organize events, share knowledge, and contribute to building a more open and inclusive ecosystem. Through their involvement, Tech Women becomes a stronger platform for exchanging ideas and offering mutual support.

What Ambassadors Do
Ambassadors are at the heart of our community. They:
- Promote Tech Women Moldova and its activities
- Organize and moderate events
- Coordinate initiatives such as the Mentoring Program
- Represent the community as hosts or speakers
- Create content (visuals, articles, social media posts)
- Bring new ideas and energy to support women in tech
What Ambassadors Gain

Every December, we open a public call for applications on our social media channels. If you’re a woman in IT with 3+ years of experience, motivated to give back to the community, and eager to learn, this is your chance to step in.
