Ecaterina entered the IT world in 2014, starting as a customer support representative in an SEO agency, where she went on to establish its very first customer support department. She later advanced into roles such as Digital Marketing Manager and co-founder of a digital agency. In 2020, she made a technical transition—first as a QA Engineer, then as a Scrum Master, before becoming an Application Consultant at Stefanini EMEA.

In 2023, she was named a Tech Women Moldova Ambassador, and at the beginning of 2024, she took on the role of Community Coordinator for two program editions. Ecaterina is the perfect example that a career shift can bring not only success but also personal fulfillment, when fueled by passion and the desire to uplift others.

What makes her truly inspirational is her belief that every step, no matter how small, brings you closer to who you are meant to become. She speaks openly about the challenges and moments of uncertainty she has faced, turning them into powerful lessons of strength and resilience. Ecaterina shows that success is not about perfection—it’s about the courage to keep going and the willingness to lift others along the way.

Alexandra is a true example of continuous growth and the courage to embrace challenges. She entered the IT field in 2018, taking small but confident steps, and quickly made her mark in a highly competitive industry. From Assistant Project Manager to leading a team of over 20 members and managing an educational platform implemented in more than 80 schools across Moldova, Alexandra has consistently demonstrated her leadership skills and her vision for creating real impact.

Today, as a Delivery Lead at Amdaris, she combines her technical expertise and team management experience with a strong desire to guide and inspire others. She also teaches Project Management at Tekwill Academy, where she helps young people discover their vocation and grow as professionals.

Within Tech Women Moldova, Alexandra brings the same energy and passion—supporting women to build confidence in their own abilities and to see every obstacle as an opportunity to move forward.

Inga began her IT career in 2018 as a Business Support Representative, and after just a year and a half, she made the leap into project management. Through hard work, perseverance, and a strong desire for continuous learning, she steadily climbed the ladder: from Project Manager to Head of Operations, and today she leads a company as Managing Director at Deditech Com.

Inga is living proof that no matter where you start, you can build a strong path to leadership if you have the courage to step forward and make bold decisions. Within Tech Women Moldova, her role is to encourage women not to shy away from responsibility and to allow themselves to dream of top-level roles. She strongly believes that every woman already has the resources needed to succeed—she just needs the courage to bring them to light.

Aliona is living proof that career paths don’t need to be linear to be successful. With a background in Architecture, Business, and Construction Management, she decided to change direction and step into IT—discovering a world full of opportunities. Her courage to start fresh, to learn from the ground up in a new field, turned into a true advantage.

Today, Aliona is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Noction, certified PSM I & II and PSPO I, helping teams become more autonomous, efficient, and motivated. Beyond her corporate role, she also dedicates her energy to the community:

• As Team Lead – Communication & Member Engagement at the Project Managers’ Community of Moldova, she contributes to communication strategies, visibility campaigns, and the development of educational formats for professionals.
• As an Agile Project Management Mentor at Tekwill Academy, she designed and delivered a 21-lesson course on Agile Project Management, guiding 22 students to strengthen their skills, apply Agile practices in their careers, and transition into new roles.

Within Tech Women Moldova, her role goes beyond sharing knowledge: she inspires women to believe that change is not a step back, but the beginning of a new journey.
