Stefanita’s tech career began as a QA Engineer in 2018, focusing on software quality for over a year. She quickly advanced, mastering Agile practices, and now thrives as a Project Manager & PMO at Globant. With 7 years of experience, Stefanita holds PSM II and PSPO I certifications, while actively engaging in community initiatives like Harvard WeCode, FLL & FTC Challenge Moldova, and supporting the Project Management course at TUM as a university assistant.
