On Saturday, at the graduation ceremony of the Tech Women Mentoring Program 2025, we celebrated exactly that: a meeting between experience and the courage to start something new.
Over the course of three months, mentors from diverse fields, from programming and QA to product management, marketing, HR, and leadership shared knowledge, stories, and life lessons with passionate mentees. Some were taking their very first step into the tech world, while others were deepening a journey they had already begun.
