The program began in a beautiful, warm, and inspirational way, bringing together mentors and mentees in a vibrant event full of emotion and positive energy. It was a moment of first encounters, idea exchanges, and setting expectations for the months ahead.
We were thrilled to see so many women eager to start a career in IT or grow in the field through learning and guidance. Three intense months of mentorship lie ahead, but we know that the effort invested will bring valuable results.
